Samantabhadra (Puxian)
This is a design concept, not a photograph of a tattoo. Before any tattooing, the design is redrawn for your body, placement and story.
In one folk tradition, people born in the Years of the Dragon and the Snake have Samantabhadra (Puxian) as their guardian.
Samantabhadra rides a white elephant with six tusks. Here he holds a ruyi sceptre on a lotus seat on the elephant’s back; three tusks show on the side facing us.
The whole guardian series is drawn like carved stone; the composition, size and open space are reworked for the part of the body you have in mind.
A try-on preview places the design on a photo of your chosen area. It is not a healed tattoo photo; the real tattoo is what counts. Only a photo of the area is needed, and it is deleted after use.
